These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ckkkk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "User", "Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the ckkkk online gaming and sports betting platform available at ckkkk.io and any associated mobile-optimised version thereof.

By completing the account registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with any service offered on the Platform, you are expressly confirming that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on ckkkk. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying information — constitutes a violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You are responsible for updating your account details if any information changes. ckkkk shall not be liable for any issues arising from the provision of inaccurate registration information.
• Password and Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify ckkkk support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Non-Transferability: Your ckkkk account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted or otherwise assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Verification: ckkkk may at any time require you to submit documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, or the source of funds used for deposits. Standard verification documents include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request.

ckkkk processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

4.1Supported Payment Methods. ckkkk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. ckkkk will notify users of any significant changes to supported payment methods.

4.2Own Name Requirement. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned where practicable and may trigger an account review. ckkkk will not process withdrawals to any payment account other than those previously used to fund your ckkkk account, except where you provide satisfactory proof of ownership.

4.3Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Payments section of your account dashboard. ckkkk reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Single transactions are subject to a minimum deposit of ৳500.

4.4Processing Times. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ckkkk account within minutes of confirmation. Withdrawals are ordinarily processed within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad; processing times for bank transfer methods may vary up to 3 business days. ckkkk makes no guarantee of specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.5Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings and transactions are denominated in BDT. ckkkk does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred when funding your account from a non-BDT source are your sole responsibility.

4.6Anti-Money Laundering. ckkkk operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. The Platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal that triggers internal review thresholds. Accounts subject to an AML review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until the review is complete.

ckkkk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers and other incentives to registered users. The following general terms apply to all such offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or traded.
• ckkkk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify any user from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.

• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period specified in the individual promotion's terms.

6.1Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on ckkkk — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi and other markets — are governed by the specific sporting rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between these general Terms and specific sporting rules, the specific sporting rules shall prevail.

6.2Live In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. ckkkk reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted during a period of market suspension due to a technical error may be voided at ckkkk's discretion.

6.3Casino and Slot Games. Games provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi are subject to the respective studio's game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are determined by the game provider and are independently verified.

6.6Palpable Errors. ckkkk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a human or system error. A palpable error is defined as any price that does not reflect true market odds and which no reasonable person could have believed to be an intended offering.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckkkk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts in breach of the one-account-per-person rule;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported immediately to [email protected];
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on ckkkk;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users without authorisation;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication or threatening behaviour toward ckkkk staff or other users;
• Circumventing any responsible gaming tool, self-exclusion order or account restriction imposed by ckkkk.

All content on the ckkkk Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design layouts, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio and video material — is the exclusive intellectual property of ckkkk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from ckkkk;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform software;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with ckkkk's published dispute resolution procedure. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Class action proceedings are expressly excluded.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ckkkk from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
